TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY FOR HOF – FLAME ARLINGTON 2026
- Introduction and Agreement to Terms; This document governs the relationship between the HOF FLAME ARLINGTON Project (hereinafter referred to as “the Project,” “we,” or “us”) and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as “the User” or “you”) accessing our website, registering for our events, or utilizing our digital services. By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, or submitting personal information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of this website and our services.
- Event Registration and Participation Standards: All users registering for the FLAME ARLINGTON 2026 festival in Dallas and Arlington, Texas, warrant that they are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent, and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any registration found to be fraudulent. Attendance at the event is subject to a strict code of conduct; as a celebration of Faith, African Culture, and Music, the Project maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful behaviour. We reserve the exclusive right to refuse entry or eject any individual from the venue whose conduct is inconsistent with our community values or local Texas ordinances, without the obligation of a refund.
- Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions: The website and all its original content, including but not limited to logos, creative designs, text, photography, videos, and software, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Project and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials for commercial gain is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Privacy and Data Collection Practices: We are committed to the transparent and ethical handling of your personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy standards. When you interact with our platform, we collect personal identifiers, including your name, email address, telephone number, and billing information. This data is utilised solely for processing ticket transactions, providing essential event updates, verifying identity for security purposes, and, where you have provided explicit opt-in consent, sending promotional materials regarding current and future projects

Your entry constitutes your consent to be interviewed, photographed, and recorded. You hereby release the Project, its officers, and employees from any liability connected with the taking, recording, or publication of such media. You waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, or streaming of these materials, regardless of the platform.
- Limitation of Liability and Governing Law: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Project, its organizers, and venue partners in the State of Texas shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, personal injury, or property loss arising from your attendance at the event. By purchasing a ticket, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases and agree to waive any claims against the Project and its affiliates.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this agreement or your attendance at the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, following a mandatory attempt at amicable mediation.
