Volunteer Expectations & Liability Section

All Flame Arlington volunteers are expected to:

Arrive on time and fulfill assigned shifts
Represent the event with professionalism and respect
Follow leadership direction and event guidelines
Maintain a positive, welcoming attitude toward all guests
Uphold safety standards at all times

Liability & Conduct

By participating, volunteers acknowledge that they are serving at their own discretion and agree to follow all event policies and safety procedures. Flame Arlington reserves the right to reassign or dismiss volunteers who do not adhere to expectations of conduct, professionalism, or safety.

Volunteers may be required to sign a waiver prior to participation.
