Are tickets free?
Yes, tickets are 100% free. You still need to register online so we can manage entry and plan properly.
Where do I get my ticket?
All tickets are available only through Eventbrite. Click the Get Tickets button on this website, and you’ll be taken directly to our Eventbrite page
What happens after I register on Eventbrite?
After registering, Eventbrite will email your ticket to you. You can show the ticket on your phone or print it out for entry.
I didn’t receive my Eventbrite ticket email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, you can: Check your Eventbrite account or contact us at flamearlington@gmail.com (or if we have the specific email for tickets)
Can I register for more than one ticket on Eventbrite?
Yes. You can register for your family or friends, depending on Eventbrite’s ticket limits.
Can I bring kids?
Yes, children are welcome. Flame Arlington is family-friendly.
Will there be food at the event?
Yes. Food vendors will be selling a variety of African and festival food.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking details will be shared closer to the event day and emailed to registered attendees.
Is the venue accessible?

Can I volunteer?
Yes. Volunteers are welcome. Visit the Volunteers page on this website to signup
Is alcohol allowed?
No. Alcohol is not allowed at Flame Arlington
How can my business become a vendor?
Vendor spots are limited to 20 spaces and cost $500 per spot. The application deadline is Sunday, 10th May. Please visit the Vendors section to apply.
